A t t h e s a m e t i m e , i t i s n e c e s s a r y t o r e c o g n i z e t h a t t h e 5t h n i c p h e n o m e n o n , a t a d v e r s e s o c i a l l y a p o l i t i c a l climate leads to ethnocentrism strengthening, provokes open ethnic intolerance, splash in an international conflictness. Necessary condition of peace and stable coexistence of ethnic subjects is finding and preservation of positive ethnic identity by them. Positive ethnic identity assumes balance of tolerance in relation to own and to other ethno-groups when the natural love to the own peoples is accompanied by an openness and readiness for interethnic contacts and high culture of interethnic dialogue. Tolerance "training", introduction of positive ethnic installations in consciousness of student's youth is obviously important also because young generations of a society define a vector of development of interethnic relations. The training course developed by us Culture of ethno-confessional relations is devoted to the problem of peaceful co-existence of people of the different cultures, different religions, both in one state, and at interstate level. The course Culture of ethno-confessional relations covers a wide range of the phenomena among which key position is occupied with a problem of ethno-confessional conflicts. In an offered course occurrence sources, specificity and ways of settlement of conflicts between various national, religious groups are considered. As interethnic conflicts owing to the specificity difficultly give in to settlement, their preventive maintenance and optimization of international relations at a stage of latent ethnic intensity becomes a vital importance problem. Inclusion of the theme training course "Ethno-psychological problems of migrations and acculturations" is dictated by direct communication of the named phenomena with actual problems of international conflicts of indigenous population of Russia and migrants from the near abroad countries. Education of culture of the world as cultures of nonviolence, tolerances, it is impossible without formation of the valuable relation to cultures of the world as for that. There is separate block is devoted for questions of ethnic attitudes and mentality. Necessity of inclusion such themes is devoted for ethnic outlook and attitudes is connected with search of ways of dialogue of national cultures, cultures of different continents and civilizations. The important attention in a training course is given for methodical toolkit of ethno-psychological research, concrete psychological techniques of research of ethnic tolerance of the person and groups.
